As a proud Pakistani-American, I'm always looking for ways to bridge the gap between these two beautiful cultures. Growing up in Pakistan, I remember the fascinating and colorful artwork on our public transportation, trucks, buses and rickshaws. It's got a way of leaving a lasting impression on all those who come across it. I counted my blessings when I found out a very famous Pakistani Truck Artist was coming to the States, I did everything I could to get on his calendar and I am now the proud owner of the first Pakistani "Truck Art" car in the State of Georgia. The artist, Haider Ali, was incredible to get to know. He spent almost a week, working day and night in my garage getting this beauty ready.
I drive this car with pride, and yes, it's my "everyday" car. It goes to work, grocery store, to pick up kids from school, doctors appointments, dance performances, auditions, community events, meetings, you name it. Artist, Haider Ali, has added many beautiful elements to the car that makes it one of a kind. It's got a little bit of Georgia and a little bit of Pakistan in it.
